Beautiful location and pool

− We were double charged for our drinks put on our room because they’re card machine didn’t work well. We still haven’t been reimbursed one week later. Calls and follow ups and still waiting for our £75 back

An unforgettable stay with exceptional service

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel was incredibly clean, tidy and absolutely spotless, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. All of the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive. They regularly checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. One particularly thoughtful gesture was allowing us to use an empty room to freshen up and wash after we had checked out, as our flight wasn’t until later that evening. This was such a kind and helpful touch and really showed how much they cared about their guests. A special mention must go to Alexander, who was fantastic and really helped make our experience so enjoyable. His friendly and helpful attitude made a real difference. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The cleanliness, excellent service and genuinely caring staff made it a memorable experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Terzo anno all'Embassy che si mostra una struttura all'altezza di ospiti esigenti, attenti ai dettagli e che non cercano solo una struttura in centro a Valletta ma un ambiente che rifletta l'animo di Malta. Quest'anno siamo rimasti stupiti dall'attenzione di tutto il personale, dalla reception, allo staff del ristorante, dell'experience manager Aleksandar che ha saputo costantemente seguirci durante il soggiorno e la global mangare. Tutti presenti e disponibili. Camera pulitissima, elegante, spaziosa e con vista su Valletta. Colazione eccezionale, grande varietà di prodotti, tutto fresco e di ottima qualità. Torneremo senz'altro all'Embassy perché non c'è un motivo per cui non farlo.

Great location , great views some of the best of Malta . Was a gift to have the pool after hot days out and about . Lucia was amazing and Imra British girl at breakfast . Beds so comfortable had some amazing sleeps . Thanks fabulous 9 days

The property is very centrally located and very accessible. The breakfast is also very good and the pool is amazing with the views. The staff was also very kind and helpful and friendly.
