Unfortunately I cannot review this property. We were transferred from booking.com to Pensacola Beach property rentals that's where the problem began. 12 hours before our visit I received a message on my phone from Cindy whom works for Pensacola Beach properties, the property was no longer available because of electrical problems for the rest of the week. I had made the reservations about 6 months in advance and had been paid for fully.I had called Pensacola Beach properties about 30 minutes prior to this message to confirm our reservation. At that time I had spoke to Jacob, all was good. So of course we were stunned when we received the message. Fortunately I had spoke to Jacob so I called him immediately after hearing the message and he did recommend another property. I had already had family on the way from Texas to travel to Pensacola Beach they were actually in Louisiana at this time. So we took the property. That my friends is a whole other story.The owners of this property that we ended up with actually entered the garage and the home while we were there and 5 children, ran through the backyard while we're in the pool at least twice that we know of . Pensacola Beach has about 250 private homes to rent unfortunately Pensacola Beach property manages about 150 of these. I would never ever ever go through Pensacola Beach properties again. If you do book through them I would be in constant contact. I do thank Jacob,( who was actually a new manager, we found this out through the cleaning lady that showed up two days prior to our checkout because she thought we were leaving), for giving us an option where Cindy had just left us in the lurch. She actually had the nerve at the end of her message to tell us to have a great weekend. So this was my experience with third party reservation. I have never had a problem with booking.com and I will always always check now before I complete my reservation because third party booking sucks.
