10.0Los detalles marcan la diferencia. La cama era cómoda, el baño muy limpio y la ducha era moderna. Las toallas eran muy suaves y de buena calidad. El aire acondicionado era increíble ya que fuimos en unos días mucho calor (38 grados). El desayuno nos encantó, la pastelería era deliciosa y pedí un pan vegetariano (10/10). Tenía shampoo y jabón, además de cepillos de dientes y otros detalles para viajes. El personal es muy atento y amable, siempre con un sonrisa.
− La ubicación es un poco lejos del centro pero cerca del Vaticano (si quieres ir). La taza del baño estaba suelta. La puerta de la pieza estaba un poco floja.

− J'avais réservé 2 chambres pour un voyage professionnel La tromperie dans le nom Piccolo Hôtel Boutique. Il n'y a pas de boutique et ce n'est pas un Hôtel. C'est un petit appartement dans lequel il y a des petites pièces transformées en chambre. Il y avait d'autre personnes inconnues dans cet appartement. Les matelas sont de mauvaise qualité. Le mobilier et l'agencement sont ancien est de mauvaise qualité. La personne qui nous a reçu est fort désagréable et de mauvaise foi. J'au été harcelé par 11 messages WhatApp et téléphone pour connaitre l'heure à laquelle nous allions arriver. Nous avons été menacés d'un supplément de 20 € pour une arrivée après 20h.
