7.0Front of house staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location was good.
− Our room wasn't ready at check in time, which was fine, but when we got into our room, it was clear that the cleaning had been rushed. The tea tray had not been cleaned and had no coffee and rubbish left from the previous people. This remained the same for the duration of our stay! Our complimentary water was not restocked either.
