− Das Bad war sehr klein und hatte zu wenig Abstellfläche. Der Kohlenmonoxid Sensor hat gepiepst weil seine Batterie schwach war.

I can’t describe how traumatic experience it was , simply ruined my 2 day trip to London .

Location and cleanliness.

− Air conditioning was not working , guest who lived in apartment before us did report this but all day we were advised to follow steps to get the broken air conditioning working. No on site staff or maintenance service. Left with no choice at 9pm when it was finally admitted that the previous guest also had that issue , if they had informed us before hand I would have booked some where else for my family. In London at that hour of the day finding another place to stay was nearly impossible any not feasible after stressing on our frustration throughout the day spent hours on the phone at 10pm they offered us another apartment 40mins drive away from Camden and didn’t by that time my kids were half asleep … Every new customer service representative who took my call made me go through the whole scenario over and over again completely ruined my night and experience. Even when I requested to check out 30mins late on call with customer service operated at 9:30 was a big problem , at 9:50 after putting me on hold she refused to allow us late check out , until I had to show my frustration again and within 2 seconds of raising my voice I was told good news we can allow you 30 mins after 10am to check out.

Very clean and modern apartment. Accessibility to place and transportation were great. Arriving was lovely to the place with some nice welcoming snacks.

− Apartment is not a "serviced" apartment, there was no servicing and we were pretty disappointed at the fact that there wasn't a midweek clean as we had paid a decent fee for the stay and booked for 11 nights. Also air conditioning was only available in the bedroom which is important to note as the property was generally labelled as conditioned. Check out us relatively early at 10am, tried to push it with the property managers but had no luck - expected some leeway.
