The host is impossible to communicate with I had made him aware by sending a message to him through the chat Expedia that we will be flying out in a few hours before take off the pilot said we will be delayed for an hour because of strong winds also the line at customs is very long in Japan especially on Christmas Eve when we landed I got a message call at 6:00pm that because we didn’t get to the apartment at 6:00pm we were a no show we message the host we are going through customs we will be there shortly we got to the apartment about 2 hours late and he declared a 10 day stay as a no show Expedia and I tried all night to get in touch with them the host never responded the next day the host said we can’t have the apartment for our 10 day booking so we lost all our money we paid up front a month ago it’s a scam I’ve travailed a lot never seen this before will take this issue to small claims court small claims court it’s a scam ruined our trip in the beginning a family of 4 with luggage waited 5 hours outside of the apartment building in the cold and got no help after imagine it’s past midnight and your looking for a place to stay after a 15 hour direct flight we’re tired needed showers hungry phone battery dying and in a foreign country we stayed at a 24 hour cafe till we can communicate with the host who was avoiding us and Expedia trying to communicate with him almost 24 hours later the host says he stands by the No SHOW..STAY AWAY.PLEASE

It’s a scam they didn’t answer the phone , wasn’t able to check-in , nobody was at the front desk like they said in the booking info , I was waiting for two hours to check in , for them to email me saying I missed the check in time , terrible communication , they didn’t respond to my email until after the check in time

Clean and neatly designed rooms and hotel, close to nearby restaurants and metro stop. Allowed for getting around Tokyo and find what you needed in the vicinity
