10.0This hotel is great as it's very close to the central and extremely clean. The staffs have been accommodating our needs as laundry service, luggage storage, and late check-in & early morning check-out. Highly recommended!

10.0talk about history! walking into this place - STUNNING! BEAUTIFUL! i thought i booked a two story room but we just got a single floor with three beds - it was a stunning space but the bathroom was extremely tiny and the shower pressure sucked. there is a salon downstairs so we all had our hair washed there. the unlimited tea in the lobby was fabulous and so nice to snuggle in the lobby at night at the end of the day. everything was clean and the staff was very kind - some knew english better than others. location of the hotel was impeccable. steps away from plaza d'arms and saqsaywaman. my friend used the massage services located in the lobby and she loved. would highly recommend this place.
