Delightful place to stay.
10.0Very comfortable and welcoming place to stay, Lovely room, excellent breakfast and the bonus of a heated swimming pool. It was initially a little hard to find because it in a housing area but set back behind the other properties. The Sat-nav took us to the exact spot but we missed the driveway in the first time. We very much enjoyed our stay and it was fun to find out that our host worked on the Interislander ferry that we were to use a few days later to get to South Island. This is a very good place to stay for Rotorua and the hosts gave useful advice on how to get the best out of our trip.

10.0This delightful property was a pleasant surprise! It was easy to find and comfortable. The breakfast was very filling and highlighted the local produce which was important to us. Jen made us feel very welcomed and was helpful with local suggestions.
− If you want to be in the heart of activity, this is not the place. It’s a little off the beaten path.
