10.0A simpatia dos funcionários em geral foi notável, mas destaco especialmente o atendimento excecional de um dos rececionistas, um dos elementos mais jovens da equipa, cujo nome infelizmente não recordo. Já me hospedei em hotéis de 5 estrelas onde o staff não foi tão prestável e atencioso quanto aqui. Na próxima vez que for a Lisboa, este será sem dúvida um hotel a repetir: excelente localização e perfeito para uma estadia curta!

2.0Mis problemas no están relacionados con la localización y comodidad de la habitación. El staff es extremamente despreocupado. El servicio al cliente es el más pésimo que he experimento. Dejé por olvido un cargador de teléfono y desde esa misma noche que lo percibí, me pasé todo el día intentando recuperarlo. Al final el cargador se extravió. Supongo que el personal de limpieza lo encontró y decidió conservarlo, la falta de empatía, increíble. El personal de recepción sin ningún reparo en colaborarme. Y cómo lo prometido es deuda, aquí les dejo mi más sincero review sobre su servicio. Sobra mencionar que jamás me hospedaré nuevamente con un hotel de su cadena.
