8.0Great location, very central and close to all popular landmarks in Varenna
− Property is near by the lake hence there are more bugs, ants, we need to keep the window closed at night time. The sofa bed when we stayed was not comfortable and we could not use the 3rd bedroom; the sofa bed was changed on our last night to a brand new one but we have not tried the new sofa bed.

10.0Location can’t be beat. If you are able to book this property, do it!! You won’t regret it. My only hesitation about giving an excellent review is that the place will be harder to book next trip.
− There was nothing not to like. But I will point out a few things you should know. It still would not have changed our mind on staying, and I would go back to this property over and over because the place and the views are so amazing. Just note, all bedrooms are accessed from the outside. There is an elevator to reach upper two bedrooms and the main floor. The third bedroom is also accessed from the outside by use of stairs going down. And the bathroom for 3rd bedroom is also accessed by going outside. It still worked perfectly for our family stay, but it may not work for everyone. The host was so accommodating and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The home was very clean and well stocked. It is a short walk to ferry and to local store for provisions.

10.0Pefect stay. Best location: Lover's Path is at your door step, 5min to town and the ferry, amazing view of the lake. The villa was THE dream Lake Como experience. The elevator made moving the luggagwa much easier. Super convenient and well-equipped. The housekeeper was welcoming. Would love to stay again.
− The housekeeper who welcomed us didn't speak English so it was a lot of body language and guessing. A lot of keys for different doors but we understand since it's been around for a long time.

− Inrichting/meubilair was beetje oud/krakkemikkig. Geen gordijnen in de slaapkamers. Housekeeper kwam veel en onverwacht aanwaaien.
