8.0The view of the lake from the balcony is fantastic, the pool is refreshingly pleasant and crystal-clear, and the kitchen is well-equipped; Varenna, the small town on the shore, is also wonderful and serves as a great starting point for excursions, whether by boat from the local harbor or by car. We visited with a Labrador, and the dog-friendly beach—with its stunning view—was unbeatable; it was so beautiful that, apart from us, the only other swimmers there were people without dogs
− There were one or two minor issues, though they didn't spoil the holiday experience. The freezer hadn't been defrosted, the bathroom/toilet door wouldn't close properly, and three slats kept falling out of the bed base on the left side of the double bed, so we eventually ended up putting a suitcase under the mattress.

Prachtig uitzicht en fijn zwembad, maar helaas een appartement met achterstallig onderhoud. Jammer!
6.0Het uitzicht was fantastisch. Het zwembad was ook een groot pluspunt.
− Het appartement wordt niet goed bijgehouden. Er waren veel mankementen. We hebben 2 dingen zelf gerepareerd. Uit de vorige reviews bleek voor mij al dat er niets met de opmerkingen werd gedaan. We hebben het zelf maar gedaan. Grootste tegenvaller was het buitenmeubilair. Hoe kan je een appartement verhuren aan maximaal 5 personen en maar 1 buitenstoel neerzetten bij een oude tafel? Echt een teleurstelling.

− Lejligheden er slet ikke vedligeholdt og den bliver ikke gjort ren. Spindelvæv og skidt over det hele, utætte rør i køkkenet så gulvet flyder med vand. Sengene er gået i stykker. Der mangler spisestole, en stol til borden på terrassen som er total faldefærdigt. Bruseren holdes oppe med en snor fra udluftningen fordi den er gået i stykker. Solsengen ved poolen var 10 år gamle og kunne ikke bruges fordi de var smadret. Flere møbler forsøgt repareret med tape. Ville aldrig anbefale denne lejlighed til nogen. Når man kontakter udlejer med fejl henviser han blot til et andet nummer. Lejligheden fremstår på ingen måde som på billederne. Find en fin lejlighed nede i byen og spar jer for denne oplevelse.

− Kunne ikke komme af med vores køkken affald, Så det måtte vi stille på altanen.
