Cold water in the showers and no housekeeping

Our stay on this hotel was not so good! It wasn’t at all what we expected. We stayed there three nights, and every morning we didn’t have hot water on the showers! We had to take showers with super cold water (and Johannesburg is a cold city). Even after we reported this situation, they said they would solve the issue, but nothing changed. We expected to have housekeeping like a normal hotel, but we didn’t , and when we asked for it, they said that they would charge R700 only for housekeeping, which we think is unacceptable. Other than that, the apartment was in good condition, but the problems that we had made us have a terrible stay!
