The location of this accommodation was incredibly convenient and a stones throw from pretty much everything. The room was large, had reasonable A/C and the bidet was a nice touch. What I can assume is the owner (Thomas) seemed pleasant enough but interactions were brief; Although having reviewed his responses to people's reviews on booking.com, I can see clearly that he has very little in the way of customer service skills, basic mutual human respect or any degree of professionalism. Poor effort. There was a little fridge for convenience in the room.

− The level of cleanliness attributed to this room was subpar, the floors were not clean, not to mention the large hole in the floor in the doorway that is an accident waiting to happen. The drawers, provided for storage, were full of grit and dust that honestly looked like waste from a room being constructed, so our clothes had to be brushed down before we wore them (although this didn't particularly work as the dirt/dust clung into the fibres) The bed was very uncomfortable, felt like laying on a table covered in cardboard and the 2 pillows (1 each) provided could only be likened to what I imagine sleeping on vacuum packed ham would be like. (Other rooms had been provided with much more sufficient sleeping situations after speaking to other visitors) The walls were covered in dirty marks (especially around the headboard) and poorly covered repairs. The projector provided for entertainment didn't function properly and had a persistent sound issue, meaning that any attempts to use it were abandoned, let alone that the appearance of it was like a plasterer's radio. The A/C also wasn't adjustable below 22°C, but still provided some level of adequacy. The bathroom had black mould in the grout/sealant and the shower head looked like it had last been cleaned around 2005. Rather alarmingly, it also looked like there was excrement dotted on the wall next to the toilet, but that's purely speculative on what it appeared to be and it's location. Also unsure why this room boasted a "sea view" as it only had a canal view, generally filled with waste collection boats during the day, or teens playing abnormally loud music until the early hours.

Very central location. Great amenities, the AC saves our lives. Comfortable bed, clean and spacious bathroom / shower space.
