Great value for money
10.0Great location, run very well. Well stocked kitchen for breakfast and a very comfortable bed. Very easy to get into oxford city centre from house.

9.0A lovely, peaceful place to stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back without hesitation.

10.0The location for our three days around Oxford and the Cotswolds was perfect the breakfast choice was very good there was seating available outside which we used with the weather being so good

9.0Close to the local bus to Oxford, Blenheim castle and local villages. Sainsbury very close. Bed was very comfortable. The accommodation is spotless. The back patio is a lovely spot to sit on the outdoor furniture.

8.0Breakfast was a self service breakfast which i admit i hadnt realised but was ideal
− My room was at the front door so quite noisy through the late hours outside
Lovely stay, would recommend to friends and family and would come back of doing another weekend in Oxford!
10.0Great location, easy to get into Oxford centre in the bus and went for a nice country walk from Kidlington. Everything was clean and had modern furnishings, self service breakfast was well stocked. Lovely garden to sit in for breakfast. Host was friendly, helpful and met us 5 mins after arrival so didn’t wait long at all considering we didn’t let them know an arrival time.
