10.0It was very nice and conveniently located within walking distance to the immigration office if you're here for the extension. The highlight has to be the shower. It was amazing and had such a good flow.

− The Wi-Fi connection is very weak, cleanliness is poor, and even basic sanitation facilities in the bathroom are lacking. Overall, it does not provide good value for the price paid.

8.0It's a great stay for the immigration office. There are also other local services like grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The home itself is lovely. It's a great stay for a night or two to do your visa extension.
− The room itself is a good size, but add the high ceiling and the AC doesn't quite get cool enough for me. Also, wifi in the room was poor. I used it downstairs in the main living area with great success, but that area is hot as blazes. I'd like to see a wifi repeater put into the room.
