Location.and value. Staff were lovely very helpful. Very accommodating allowed us to check in early. Great view from the lounge window

− Our room was in attic 3 flights of extremely narrow staiirs. Very hot.skylight window could not see out .seagulls nesting on the roof woke us 4.30am both nights. Lovely garden but a sun trap with no parasol. Would definitely have sat in garden if there was a shady bit.. I would also suggest a mini fridge in room all our drinks and snacks were too warm.suggest ringing hotel direct to check room location
