lovely stay, better communication would help.
9.0the hotel is very clean and organized. i believe my room was cleaned multiple times a day. the staff were very kind and spoke english. the other guests were mindful of each other's space and rest. Great location, provided a towel and amenities. The cubicle is spacious and locker room is provided alongside space for luggage.
− I had issues with the wifi and spoke to staff. Apparently my floor was the only not working. He provided a solution and I tried to explain that even so it did not work either however he didn't try to help further then his knowledge or ask if things were better the next day. in light of that, i did't have wifi in my room for the remaining days of my stay. Shower would change temperature suddenly and I had to readjust sometimes. Not a major issue however just something to keep in mind

Reserved hotel room; fireworks visible from stairwell
9.0I reserved a room for the 2026 Sumida River Fireworks Festival. Although the rooftop doesn’t offer a view, I can still see the fireworks from the hotel stairwell.
− If the rooftop can be offered a view, that will be perfect
