4.0Lage war gut und das Personal hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestallten.
− Hinweise zur Ausstattung der Küchenzeile in dem Studio Apartment und die nicht eindeutige Aussage zum Zugang des Apartment. Auf das Fehlen von Thermoskanne für Kaffee und Tee sowie Toaster, Eierkocher und Kochplatte /( Elektropfanne) sowie Weingläsern, Schüsseln für Salat, Platten für Aufschnitt und entsprechend Arbeitsbestecke wurde nicht hingewiesen. So hätte der Hinweis lauten müssen: "Alle Apartments liegen im 1.Stock und können nur über eine Treppe erreicht werden ". Wurde in der Form aber nicht hingewiesen! Insgesamt sehe ich die Verantwortung beim Management.
Schöne Unterkunft, allerdings ein wenig teuer.
9.0Wir hatten einen tollen Blick über den Golfplatz.
− Leider ist die Anreise nicht so ganz einfach, da Rezeption und das gebuchte Apartment sich circa 2 km voneinander entfernt befanden. Auf der Booking COM Reservierung ist allerdings die Adresse des gebuchten Apartments angegeben . Man muss also aufwändig hin und her fahren, um seinen Schlüssel zu bekommen.

2.0Wir hatten bei ihnen ein Zimmer gebucht, jedoch konnte mein Mitarbeiter bei ihnen nicht einchecken da dieses Hotel nur für „Golfspieler“ sei. Es war nirgendwo gekennzeichnet dass dieses Hotel ausschließlich für Golfspieler sei! Meine Mitarbeiter wurden daraufhin in ein anderes Hotel weitergeleitet, wäre das klar gewesen, hätte ich nicht bei ihnen gebucht!!

8.0Mit neuen Farben das Apartment hergerichtet und funktional wie immer.
Bed linen and towels are included, but not changed during your stay. Apartments are cleaned at the end of each stay only.
Check-in and check-out take place in the neighboring Castanea Resort Hotel.
Please note that the restaurant in the apartment building is open daily between 10:00 and 20:00 from 01 March until 31 October every year. It is closed between November and February. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
A deposit may be required at the property.
