Not a relaxed comfortable stay and would definitely not recommend
3.0The proximity to everything in town. The ease of going everywhere
− The bathroom in the room had NO privacy very disappointing The shower was disgustingly mouldy The dresser was all damaged with bits of the surface all scratched away exposing the chipboard underneath We were 2 people in the room they gave us one tea bag and one chamomile….. told us to buy our own milk. Surely a small pod of milk each and 2 tea bags wouldn’t be that difficult?????

− Pentru un hotel de 4 stele, sa nu găsești un minibar sau o sticla de apa la sosire, e dezamăgitor. Curatenie nu s a făcut în cele 5 zile. Mobilier zgâriat.. Prețul serviciilor este mult prea mare pentru ceea ce se oferă real

− Camere piuttosto spartane, con dotazioni essenziali e poca attenzione ai dettagli. Ho richiesto un paio di ciabattine da camera, ma purtroppo non erano disponibili. Anche il kit di cortesia del bagno è risultato insufficiente, composto soltanto da un piccolo flaconcino, una saponetta e una cuffia per la doccia. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, consiglierei di proporre una maggiore varietà di prodotti e di rendere l'ambiente più curato e accogliente, con tavoli già apparecchiati e una dotazione più completa. Sarebbe preferibile trovare bicchierini di vetro per il caffè e veri cucchiaini per mescolarlo, anziché i bastoncini, oltre a cucchiai e forchette.
