6.0Está muy bien ubicado, en el centro de la ciudad y cerca de lo importante. Limpio y bastante moderno.
− Por error nos cobraron la tasa turística que ya estaba incluida en booking. Antes de irnos nos dijeron que tenían que devolverla por que había sido un error, lo cual agradecimos. Al hacer el chek- out nos la devolvieron y al llegar a España recibimos una llamada en la que nos decían que pensaban que nos la habían devuelto dos veces porque no les cuadra la caja, les decimos que no es cierto que nos la dieron solo una( era en efectivo) y nos dicen que si es posible que se la dieran a mi pareja y no me hubiese dicho nada. Es decir, poniendo en duda si nos habíamos quedado dinero por un error de ellos mismos. Evidentemente les decimos que no es así y estamos a la espera de que solucionen en tema y nos vuelvan a llamar. Pero claramente no se aclaran entre ellos y no son capaces ni de llevar un registro de sus cuentas y no solo eso si no que acusan. Cambiaré la reseña en función de la solución que den.
