10.0Pobyt cudowny, juz drugi raz bylam w tym obiekcie. Okolica wspaniała, wszystko jest bardzo blisko. Genialny deptak, pyszne restauracje, widoki genialne.
− Począwszy od zerowej komunikacji z właścicielem obiektu (nigdy mi sie to nie zdazylo, a jestem na booking od lat) nie podobało mi sie to ze otrzymaliśmy inny apartament niz zarezerwowałam. Nie robiłam zmiany, bo mial tyle pomieszczen ile potrzebowałam wiec to, az takim problemem nie było. Jednak w trakcie pobytu nie zostaliśmy poinformowani o zmianie kodów do obiektu, a jest to ważne bo inaczej nie wejdziesz do środka. Jednego wieczoru musieliśmy czekac, az nam ktos otworzy z innych gosci. Wiec rano nastepnego dnia poszlam do Pani opiekującej sie obiektem, a ona potraktowała nas tak okropnie, ze jak nigdy nie jestem negatywna w opiniach po wyjazdach, to ta Pani podniosła mi tak ciśnienie, ze jejku. Proszę zwrocie jej uwagę, ze jesli ktos podchodzi i prosi o kod do wejścia to nie ucieka przed nimi tylko grzecznie podaje! To byla scena jak z bajki. Uciekała i machała rękami ze nie ma czasu ze mna mówić. Dopiero jak krzyknęłam to sie zatrzymała.... biegałam 2 piętra za nią, no parodia. Wrócę napewno do obiektu, ale wierze ze Pani przejdzie metamorfozę kontaktu z klientami.
