De locatie. Dit was ons vierde jaar in Sumartin en het lag perfect! Airco werkte prima. Prima parking aan het appartement.

− Het was vuil (besteklade, keukenkastjes, matras van het extra bed, spinnenwebben,... Er hingen 3 lampen in de badkamer, maar geen enkel peertje! Er was dus geen verlichting in de badkamer. Op dag 1 ben ik een parasol gaan vragen vermits het terras te heet was om te gebruiken zonder. Er stond wel een degelijke voet, dus er was wel intentie geweest er eentje te plaatsen. De eigenaar gaf aan aan dat hij geen parasols meer plaatst want de vorige huurder had deze stuk gemaakt. Niet mijn probleem vond ik. Na 3 dagen en wat aandringen stond er wel een parasol en konden we van het terras genieten.

The lication was good and the property had the necessery facilities and equipment for staying there.

− The property was extremely dirty including all facilities. The kitchen including the silverware was extremely dirty to the point that they were not usable. Besides that the toilet and the windows looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all for a long period of time. You get the feeling that the place was just given from the person who rented it before to the next without cleaning it properly.

La richiesta di cambiare la lampadina del bagno perché bruciata e mi è stata consegnata la lampadina in mano, non potevo cambiarla perché non avevo il cacciavite, l’ho comunicato ma non è cambiato nulla. Un po’ più di attenzione nella pulizia
