2.0Hotel admin forced us to pay additional fee stating that the price on the Expedia was wrong. Part of the pool was closed. The other part is offered for additional fee. The room bathroom was overflowed with water from the shower. There is not air-conditioner in the room.
The seasonal pool will be open from June to September.
Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
