Booked this last minute on the drive back to UK from Italy. About 20 mins after booking, a member of staff called us to check what time we expected to arrive, and then explained where the keys would be in a lock box. Much better than getting an email

− No A/C. I think it's getting to the point where you almost need to have A/C. Or at least a fan in the room. Our room had neither.
