Good, but not a spa hotel.
6.0Clean, good service, lovely breakfast
− No spa treatments were available, despite me messaging 4 days before my stay. I was told they would get back to me, but I didn’t hear anything. I wanted to book a treatment when I checked in, but was told it wasn’t possible. I booked a spa hotel specifically as I wanted a treatment. In the end I didn’t even use the spa as this experience put me off.
