템즈강변의 신축 아파트 9층이라 시설이 좋았습니다. 숙박기간은 아주 더운 날들이었는데(34~36도), 냉방(에어컨)이 설치되어 있었고 템즈강변 시원한 바람이 베란다 통창을 통해 들어와서 더운 기간 시원하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 테라스에서 템즈강이 보이는 것도 매력적이었어요, 매일 밤 테라스에서 강 바람을 맞으며 좋은 시간을 보냈어요. 매일 저녁 템즈강변 산책을 한 것도 매력포인트였어요. 노던라인 배터시파크스테이션역과 도보 10분 거리이고, 역에 M&S와 각종 상점들이 입점해 있어 이용하기 좋았습니다. 인테리어, 가구와 주방도구들 모두 잘 구비되어 있었고 퀄리티도 좋았어요.
− 두 개의 욕실이 있었는데, 유리 파티션이 짦아 샤워할 때 마다 물이 욕실바닥을 적실까봐 너무나 조심스러웠어요. 거의 벽에 붙어서 샤워를 했습니다. 샤워커튼이나 추가 유리문을 다는 등의 보강이 필요해 보입니다. 또 시설이나 인테리어는 아름다웠지만, 전반적으로 집이 더러웠어요. 주방과 욕실이 특히 더러웠고 수건도 살짝 냄새가 났고 수건 하나는 포장 뜯은 직후 상태 그대로 놓여 있어서 모두 세탁해서 사용했어요.
