8.0The breakfast was exceptionally good and plenty of it
− It was nicely situated and a short walk into Largs sea front, and easy to find and park
Great place for our one night stay.
8.0It was sparkling clean and well equipped with fridge etc. Bed was comfortable. Delicious choice of foods for breakfast and all freshly made. Hearty portions !!
− Some traffic noise early in the morning.

8.0The room was well equipped, with a fridge and table and chairs to facilitate consumption of picnic-style meals. Breakfast options were good. There was some difficulty with the the self check-in, but the owners were available on the phone to sort this out immediately.
− The toilet/shower room was extremely small!
Very enjoyable and great hospitality.
10.0Communication with the owner was excellent, I had originally booked 2 nights with a very late check-in as we would be travelling back from Oban late evening. The owner pointed out this was not a good idea - dark, unfamiliar roads. I changed the booking to one night and it worked well. Nice quiet location. Great facilities, nice library by the door, plenty of tea/coffee and water plus fridge. Sitting area in the room. Fabulous breakfast, as much as you could eat and plenty of help yourself extras.
− The accommodation is a little out of the centre but if you are eating in Largs you probably need a walk afterwards.
Little gem in Largs
10.0Room was immaculate and had everything for an overnight stay. Tea and coffee making facilities, 2 bottles of water in the fridge. Hair and shower gel in the bathroom. Cannot fault, great value and the breakfast was superb. Hosts very genuine people . Would definitely use again.
