Dobrá lokalita

− Apartmán nebyl připraven včas, takže když jsme se tam konečně dostali, šlapali jsme po mokré podlaze. Majitelka, která byla uvedena jako kontakt, byla absolutně neochotna pomoci nám. Špatné vybavení apartmánu.

- Bequemes Bett - Sauber - geräumig

− - Schlüssel muss man weit entfernt abholen. Code wird einem dann forsch am Telefon mitgeteilt. - TV funtioniert nicht - Anleitung, wie Müll in farbige Säcke getrennt werden muss mit der Drohung, sonst 25.- bezahlen zu müssen. Allerdings sind keine farbigen Säcke vorhanden. - in der Dusche ist warm/kalt verkehrt herum beschriftet. Kann für Kaltduscher gefährlich werden.

Massive Unzufriedenheit mit Booking.

− Mir hat vor allem nicht gefallen, dass Booking uns eine Buchungsbestätigung geschickt hat, aber unsere Unterbringung in der Pension nicht angemeldet hat, so dass wir in Garmisch waren und kein Quartier hatten. Wir mussten uns dann ein deutlich teureres Quartier suchen. Von Booking ist uns zwar die Erstattung der Mehrkosten zugesagt worden, passiert ist aber bisher nichts.

Skvela poloha, ubytovani ma rozhodne potencial, slusne postele i ulozne prostory, nove vybavene

− Nevedela jsem, ze objednat si ubytovani = bojovka. Pro klice se musi na druhy konec Garmische, coz po 5 hodinach cesty s placicim batoletem neni uplne ono. Kdyz se clovek konecne dostane ke schrankam, v kancelar v pet odpoledne nikdo neni a nikde zadna instrukce. Nakonec jsme museli zavolat na nejake telefonni cislo, kde to nejdriv nikdo nevzal a napodruhe nam nadiktovali kod. Jeste, ze umime nemecky. V ubytovani naprosto chybi kuchynske nacini, je tam malo hrnecku i taliru. Jedna tableta do mycky na ctyri dny je malo a nebyly tam zadne pytle na odpadky, hlavne, ze jsme je meli tridit. Instrukce ke Gelbe Sacku zadne. Byly zde zavadejici informace ohledne garazoveho stani a na to, ze jsme v horskem mestecku, nikde zadna informace o lyzarne, nebo aspon, kam muzeme odlozit lyze. A meli by vymenit uklizecku, po roztazeni gauce jsme nasli popcorn, pod rostem matrace cizi ponozky a za zavesem vysypane mandle. Ubytovani je pekne, ale je tam jeste dost potencialu ke zlepseni.
