4.0The staff was nice
− The first room we were given smelled moldy and wet. There were black spots on the walls and ceiling was cracking. The second room had pink spots all over the walls, there was also an area where the wallpaper was peeling off and someone stapled the wallpaper to it. The bed mattress was high on one side and low on the other. The down comforters were flat, floors stained. Just a mess, and this was a hotel that my family and I once loved. This hotel needs a renovation. It is sad that a fairly new hotel has not been taken care of.. felt like i was where they leave the light on. Marriott/Fairfield do better, hardworking people are spending their money to have somewhere nice to bring their families and lay their heads, so disappointed😫
