The apartment has a fantastic location, just a short walk from the harbor, restaurants, and the beach. There is also a bus stop right outside, making it easy to explore the area. Despite being in the city, it was quiet thanks to the good windows. The air conditioning in both the bedroom and kitchen was powerful and quiet. Check-in and check-out with the key box worked perfectly, and the chat support was fast and helpful whenever we needed something, like extra toilet paper. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was spacious, and the large fridge was very convenient.

− Unfortunately, the apartment did not feel like a luxury apartment. There was no free bottled water, not enough toilet paper, no cleaning service or fresh towels and sheets during our stay, and some electrical adapters were broken. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with very few pots and no basics like salt, sugar, or cooking oil. The balcony was dirty, with old beer bottles left behind, and the windows had clearly not been cleaned. The bathroom was spacious but had a few broken items. Also, the room could not be fully darkened because it only had roller blinds.

− This was honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. The room was in a disgusting condition from the beginning. The toilet seat was broken, the room was dirty, badly prepared, and clearly not properly cleaned before arrival. There were cockroaches in the room, including dead ones. Some were removed after we complained, but then more cockroaches appeared again. We reported the issue, but nothing was actually done to properly fix the situation. The overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The bed was dirty and had not been properly prepared. Instead of housekeeping coming to change it and clean the room, they simply left a bag with bedding in front of the door, basically expecting us to do it ourselves. The bed was not made again, and the room was still not properly cleaned. There was also dirt under the bed from previous guests, which makes it very clear that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly at all. The whole place felt neglected, careless, and unhygienic. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, the response was basically that it might be done “in the next few days.” That is ridiculous and completely unacceptable for paid accommodation. A room with cockroaches, dirt, and an unclean bed needs immediate attention, not vague promises. On top of that, there was no proper contact person available. Everything had to be handled by email, and you just had to wait and hope for a response. With conditions like these, that is simply not good enough. Overall, this place was dirty, poorly managed, badly maintained, and extremely disappointing. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.
