We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton despite the problems during check-in

− Well, it was probably an isolated incident but the check-in took five hours as their system was down. The problem seemed to have stemmed from the hotel's migration from an old system to a new system.

1.0− Все ужасно.Персонал отвратительно относится к людям.Начиная от стойки регистрации ,заканчивая официантами во время завтрака.Мы попросили чай в турецком стакане нам сказали встаньте налейте сами девушка официант.все пошарпанное.Пыль лежит слоем и никого это не заботит.За все время приходили заправляли кровать и выбрасывали мусор и на этом уборка заканчивалась.Посмотрите обязательно фото.Мы всегда останавливаемся в Хилтон Маслак .Прекраснейшее обслуживание ,прекрасная уборка,великолепное отношение к посетителям .Даже не верится ,что один и та де сеть небо и земля.Мв выехали на 2 дня раньше ,хотели в Хилтон Маслак ,но к сажелению мест не было .Пришлось остановится в Мариотт Шишли .От охраны,стойка регистрации,весь персонал здоровался ,желал доброго дня ,улыбался.За завтраком подошли спросили все ли хорошо,не надо ли чего либо.Этого Вы никогда не увидите в Хилтон оф Молл.Не тратьте деньги на этот Хилтон он не стоит и половины ваших средств.
