4.0El lugar en sí tiene buen potencial y las instalaciones son agradables, especialmente el área de la alberca. Sin embargo, considero que aún le falta mucho en cuanto a atención, servicio y calidad para que la experiencia sea realmente satisfactoria.
− Mi experiencia en el hotel fue bastante decepcionante desde el inicio. Al momento de realizar la reservación, la información proporcionada (dirección, teléfono y ubicación en Google Maps) no correspondía con la realidad, lo que me llevó a pasar más de una hora buscando el lugar y preguntando a varias personas, quienes ni siquiera lo conocían. Al llegar, arribé un par de horas antes del check-in y, aunque la persona que me atendió fue muy amable y me permitió entrar anticipadamente, me comentó que normalmente se cobra un cargo adicional por hacerlo, aunque en esta ocasión no me lo aplicaron. Sin embargo, comenzaron los inconvenientes. La llave de la habitación estaba atorada; lo reporté, pero nunca acudieron a solucionarlo, lo cual me generó preocupación por la seguridad de nuestras pertenencias. El restaurante fue una de las peores experiencias. Ofrecen un menú del cual aproximadamente el 60% de los platillos no están disponibles. La calidad de la comida es muy mala. En el desayuno, por ejemplo, pedimos hotcakes y no tenían mantequilla ni miel; esta última la llevaron mucho después. También pedí jugo y no tenían, a pesar de estar en el menú, por lo que terminé pidiendo café, que ni siquiera consumo. La alberca tiene buen espacio, pero estaba sucia, llena de insectos, y el agua muy fría. Considero que debería limpiarse temprano antes de que los huéspedes la utilicen. Además, no había atención en esa área. Al día siguiente entregué la habitación a las 11:00 a.m., cuando el check-out es a las 12:00 p.m. Mientras esperaba, fui al área de la alberca y entré un momento al jacuzzi, pero me retiraron indicándome que no podía permanecer ahí o tendría que pagar una hora extra, lo cual me pareció muy poco considerado. En general, el lugar tiene potencial, pero falta mucho en atención al cliente, servicio y variedad en el menú. Prácticamente estábamos obligados a consumir lo poco que tenían disponible. Como punto preocupante, tanto yo como mi hija terminamos con malestar
