− They wanted advance payment for which they never mentioned in booking.com page and before check in they were asking full amount. Which is not cumpolsary and owner was adamant for our booking cancellation .
Overall Ok but need to improve on sanity of washroom

8.0It was an excellent stay, ideal location, room was clean, tidy, staff are all professional. Food was also good. Secure parking space and secure site from flooding in rainy monsoon days. Prices are also reasonable.
