Awesome place to stay.
10.0The breakfast was great. It was within walking distance of the train and the United Center. Only a few train stops from Greektown. The bed was ridiculously cloud like. Plenty of room. Very comfortable. And the staff was AMAZING!

Location was great for concert at United Center
9.0Room was big with nice kitchen and big windows. Location was 5 minute walk to the "L", 15 minute walk to United Center and 15 minute walk to Little Italy.

8.0Room size, comfortable bed. Bar area was a nice place to relax. Location of hotel near united center and dining options was nice. Staff was excellent.

9.0Overall we thought the hotel and facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious along with the hallways had plenty of room for everyone. It also felt very secure and safe with security guards and required key card entry for elevator. Breakfast was great had it all the basics and then some. Anything additional required all you had to do was ask and the staff was more than willing to help to accommodate your request.I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and I would also stay here again.
− We don't have many complaints, the only thing I could mention is that the ice machine was not working on our level which was an inconvenience. All in all that was our only complaint
