− Paid for 2 double beds and only received a room with 2 single beds pushed together. When this was raised I got told I booked a room with single beds which wasn't the case. I offered to send a photo to prove this via email to which they took 2 nights to respond and we only had one day of our stay left so didn't bother wasting any more time.

8.0Amazing location right next to the Berlin Wall with very easy access to all public transport. Lovely gardens where you can stroll and have breakfast outside. Great buffet breakfast. Helpful friendly reception. Exceptionally big clean room.
− The corridors of the guesthouse building has a slightly quirky/odd feel to it having been a former convent and hospital / care home.

The reception is staffed from Monday until Friday from 08:00 until 16:00, on weekends or public holidays from 08:00 until 12:00.
Guests arriving outside these hours will receive a code in order to get the keys from a key box.
