4.0Hôtel is listed as 3 stars. In reality it’s between 1-2 stars, but probably 3 stars Vietnamese style. Property is run down. Bugs in the rooms. Very poor breakfast- basically eggs and pho. Options for accommodations are very limited in phon gna.

4.0They had a huge group having parties and music and singing every night I stayed there, they set the speakers up right in front of my room blaring until 10 pm each night , they said they would give me a refund for the inconvenience and then tried making excuses not to give me refund until I requested the owner. I made them print out a statement for refund that was signed to make sure I got my partial refund back.

10.0Great Location, near many restaurants and close to tourist information and the river boat station. Lovely pool and staff were excellent. We had an early start and they prepared a lovely take away breakfast without us even asking. Would recommend.
