10.0After a long trip to the fresh northern Spain I arrived in Madrid very tired and I exhausted , finding a very hot temperature in the city, and I was greeted by the lady's kindness and a cool room, with a perfectly functioning air conditioning, everything clean, a refrigerator in the room, and a very comfortable bed. I felt at home. I rested very well and, the next morning, as I had to leave in a hurry, a very kind young boy helped me to carry my suitcase to the taxi! Very positive experience, thank you!
