− I appreciated the AC and dehumidifier, but the water draining was quite loud

10.0The property staff were incredibly accommodating. We managed to put our bags in early and they arranged a late check out that suited our leaving plans. They were easy to communicate with by What’s App. The location is excellent, very close to Rialto Bridge (I arrived by ferry to Rialto from the airport and it was a three minute walk). It was close to all the major sights and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The room had a lovely view of a canal and was comfortable.

10.0Stella was amazing, she had bought a new AC unit for my room and let me move it around and properly vent it through the window. Even then she went out of her way to get the window cover and install it which had cooled my room from 31C to 24C. That was huge for this heat wave across Europe. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and very spacious. Overall amazing and the location is close by to plenty of restaurants and tourist locations.
