Quiet and charming
10.0Close to the Vatican, many good restaurants nearby, near public transport, quiet area, but the next street already has everything you need. There's even a nasoni a few steps away. Max is a great host! The room is in a charming old building so it was quite an experience staying in a building I'd typically just see in movies.
− The step from the shower area to the floor is quite high. A support bar would be a good addition to hold on to while getting out of the shower.

9.0Sweet room. Good AC, shower and beds. Location was 8 minute walk from Vatican. Walking to many food options and shopping. Close to metro and bus connection.

7.0Location is great, metro and bus stations are very close by. Staff is very helpful and friend, communication in English has no issue at all. Many great restaurants, shopping area, mini and supermarkets within the blocks. Very short walk to the Vatican Museum. The room is spacious, clean and doesn't have smoker smell, bath room is decent size and it is clean.
− We booked a king size bed, but the room that was assigned to us have a queen size bed. Our 3 night stays, We can hear constant walking steps, moving furniture, people banging on walls kind of noise from the apartment above us during the hours of 10:30pm - 2am, and then again at 7am - 9am. We are very sensitive with noise and we could not get enough sleep.
Perfect location: a quiet little street close to the Vatican
9.0The room was clean, with daily housekeeping and towel changes available on request. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The host was friendly, helpful, and never intrusive. The location is excellent: just a 5-minute walk to St. Peter’s Square and 2–3 minutes to Ottaviano metro station. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. The connection to Fiumicino Airport is also very convenient, with the Vatican stop for SIT and Terravision airport buses just a 10-minute walk away. Ciampino Airport is also easily accessible by Metro Line A, followed by a local bus.
− The room decor is a bit dated. The rooms were created by dividing a large apartment, and adding en-suite bathrooms required the installation of an electric drainage pump. It was quite noisy, especially at night.
