10.0We have just returned from our third stay at the Royal Brayka Beach Resort, and it keeps getting better. It is great to see that the hotel is constantly working on improvements. Every year we notice progress-like the new water slides or ongoing room renovations. While a few areas could still use a bit of a touch-up (for example, the main pool by the water slides deserves a gradual renovation), the overall experience is wonderful. We also felt that the food quality has improved compared to our previous visits, which was a very pleasant surprise! What truly makes this hotel special, though, is the amazing staff. We would love to give a special shout-out to: Maged (Housekeeping): Always did a perfect job keeping our room clean. He is very kind, and we were incredibly satisfied with his work every single day. Mahmoud (Bar Water Slides): Simply the best bartender! Always friendly, professional, and with a huge smile on his face. Joseph (Pool Bar): Another fantastic bartender. His work ethic and positive attitude made our time by the pool very enjoyable. Peter and Melad (Reception): They made a great first impression. Both were extremely pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you, Royal Brayka, for another wonderful holiday. We will gladly return again!

Słaba animacja w ciągu dnia, budny basen, zamykanie zdezelowanych parasoli z powodu wiatru.
8.0Położenie, rafa, personel (bardzo pomocni w recepcji, mili i bardzo starający się w restauracji), dobre posiłki. Hotel ma świetny potencjał, ale ...
− 1/ Pierwszy raz doświadczyliśmy marazm jeśli chodzi o animacje w ciągu dnia. Owszem w nocy były sketche prowadzone przez animacje, tradycyjni performesri z zewnątrz oraz fajne dyskoteki do 24. W ciągu dnia natomiast przy głównym basenie były dwa wydarzenia- do lunchu aqua gym I po południu zumba w wodzie. W ciągu 10dni były raz dmuchance na basenie i piana. Tak w ciągu dnia na głównym basenie cisza,zero zajęć, zero muzyki. Niby coś się działo na plaży, ale nawet jeśli, nikt do tego nie zachęcał, żadnej informacji, odwiedzin animatorów na basenach. Bardzo słabo jeśli o to chodzi, szczególnie, że było ponad 20 animatorów!!!!!!! Co robili w ciągu dnia???????? Ekipa włoska. Dwoje animatorów z Polski. Nigdy wcześniej takiej stagnacji w ciągu dnia nie widzieliśmy. Młodzież rozczarowana bardzo. Raz dali piłkę do waterpolo I sobie poszli. Goście sami sobie grali,bez żadnych Szark czy koszulek.dla drużyn. 2/ baseny brudne. Materace po pierwszym dniu już obrośnięte jakimś brudem.i.mulem na linii wody. 3/ pokoje w stylu PRL. Stare meble, trzeszczace łóżka. Brak centralnego światła w pokojach starych, tylko boczne lampki. Są też pokoje nowe ładne. Ponoć za dodatkową opłatą. 4/ a to już hit - zamykanie parasoli na basenie z powodu 'stormu' czyli lekkiego wiatru z obawy przed wypadkiem (złamany, porwany przez wiatr parasol). Należy kupić nowe parasole!!!!!!! Poza tym, duży basen a bardzo mało leżaków i parasoli. Masa przestrzeni niewykorzystana!!!

10.0I’ve been here for the third time. Everything is in perfect order, and we are very satisfied. The staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms are cleaned every day, and bottled water is delivered to the room regularly. The food is tasty, and there is always something to choose from. The entertainment team is friendly, and we feel well looked after.
