10.0Camera pulita, bagno spazioso, la struttura è elegante e immersa nella natura. Lo staff ed in particolare Ivan gentilissimo e disponibile. Inoltre abbiamo anche pranzato al ristorante che merita altrettanto voto 10 per qualità e servizio. Bravi!

5.0Großes Zimmer in einer schönen alten Villa. Parkplatz fürs Motorrad direkt vor dem Haus. Empfang eines älteren Mitarbeiters sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sprach auch sehr gut deutsch!😊
− Putzfrau hat eine zwar leere aber wiederverwertbare Flasche auf dem Nachttisch entsorgt!😤 Diese war nicht wieder zu beschaffen und es gab nur eine Entschuldigung von einem Mitarbeiter. Toilettenspülung war nichtmal in der Lage Toilettenpapier hinabzuspülen. Nur lauwarmes Wasser beim Duschen. Teppichboden sehr schmutzig bzw. staubig. Zeugt von schlechtem Staubauger- jeder „Folletto“ Kundenberater wäre begeistert von einer Vorführung.
