Déception, pas digne de booking.
3.0Personnel agréable, on voit qu'elles font de leur mieux, malgré la situation.
− J'ai réservé pour 4 nuits , et j'ai changer 3 fois de logement. Le premier le rideau électrique ne fonctionnait pas. Le second la tv ne fonctionnait pas. Le troisième le robinet cuisine ne tenait pas, SDB limite insalubre, radiateur rouillé, murs moisi etc. Et surtout la piscine était vide les 3 premiers jours ( j'avais réservé surtout pour en profiter). On voit que l'établissement n'est pas entretenu. C'est vraiment dommage.
Le domaine a connu de meilleurs jours. Le manque d'entretien commence à se voir. Dommage !
6.0Nous avons apprécié le calme des lieux, l'accueil du personnel souriant (même si les réponses aux questions notamment celles concernant la piscine et la propreté sont diplomatiques jusqu'à donner le sentiment de nous prendre pour des imbéciles), la grandeur et les équipements de l'appartement.
− La piscine en panne à notre arrivée et toujours en panne lors de notre départ malgré les promesses à chaques demandes d'une réparation pour le lendemain. Le manque de propreté : vaisselles, coussins et dessus de canapé dégoûtants et sol balayé et sans tache mais très sale : ne surtout pas marcher pieds nus...

6.0On a été trés bien accueilli au téléphone puis bien accueilli avec le sourire aux heures d'ouverture de l'accueil. Le logement, grand, avec une cuisine bien équipée et une terrasse avec un petit salon de jardin était agréable. La climatisation, dans la location, fonctionnait trés bien, ce qui a sauvé nos nuits en pleine période de canicule, et la situation de la résidence permet de belles visites touristiques tout autour.
− A notre arrivée, la piscine était vide. Nous aurions apprécié d'être prévenus du dysfonctionnement de la piscine, par téléphone, lors de nos différents contacts téléphoniques avec la résidence. La télé ne fonctionnait pas non plus dans la location,alors que nous étions un week-end de coupe du monde de foot. Nous avons suivi les matchs, le soir, sur notre petite tablette :( Les locaux étant anciens, il y avait une odeur de moisi dans la location qui toutefois était propre et disposait de tout l'équipement nécessaire.

5.0L'appartement est fonctionnel. Le cadre est agréable. Voisinage nickel. Appartement climatisé appréciable notamment en période de canicule. Literie confortable.
− - la qualité de la réception de la TV que quelques chaines et très mauvaise réception. - vaisselle moyennement propre ainsi que l'état général de l'appartement. - piscine non fonctionnelle.
