10.0Hotel was excellent within easy walking distance to main shopping areas with bars and restaurants. Hotel staff were great and very informative regarding transport etc , would highly recommend the Monteray whilst visiting Jersey

6.0The staff were all super friendly. Rooms and environs always clean. Surprises included the rock hard bed, the single ply toilet paper, and lighting in the room that was very dim - even with a lighted keyboard it was difficult to work.

8.0Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. There I are two pools and spa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go in either. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from St Helier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Buses also stop nearby. Only a couple of small gripes. Room next to us had TV on loud, walls are not very soundproof. Also weather had turned cold even though it was early September and there was no heating in the rooms. Otherwise great stay and would recommend.
