Good value for money in very central location
9.0It was in an excellent location. I had a lovely balcony and a nice view. Wasn’t too loud. Staff were helpful. Good amenities and nice coffee shops nearby. Only 1 minute walk to walking street and 5 mins to Bitexco. Pool and breakfast were good. Lots of options for breakfast including to suit western tastes.
− I booked a room with a bath intentionally to have the bathtub. I didn’t get a bathtub. When I enquired why the reception tried to convince me my room was better than ones with a bath. I really wanted to the bath which is why I chose this hotel but didn’t get one. The pool could do with more sunbeds and the balcony could do a a chair ..
