We had a good stay and would stay again.

− I arrived at 4 to check in but had to wait about an hour for the room to be ready. The pool area is to small for the amount of people. And the adult pool water looked dirty and oily, didn't go in.

− Bathroom and tub was dirty, foreign substance was on the top of the soap dispenser in the shower Housekeeping was called and never came to clean. Towel rack was broken which was explained at check in but was never repaired during our stay. Room was not as advertised on your site was supposed to have a view of the beachfront. Linen had holds
