Best place to stay in CBD

Beautiful colonial style rooms, huge bathroom and tub, very comfortable beds and pillows, timley room service and delicious complimentary breakfast. Even though it is situated on one of the busiest streets in the CBD, we had no disturbance while sleeping. I'll be referring this hotel to anyone visiting Perth CBD. Very very impressive service, folks!

− The only thing I had trouble with was finding it. I didn’t realise it was at the pumping pub and looked behind it because of where the numbers were.

Perth City Old World Charm

The location is great, and the hotel has a nice 'classic' turn-of-the-century decor. I ate at the hotel restaurant one night and enjoyed the food and thought it was reasonably priced for Perth.

− The hotel is older and in need of some light maintenance in places.

The room.was lovely looks great.

− The bed posts are very loose and almost falling off. The power points next to the beds are hidden behind cupboards. The bathtub hadn't been cleaned had hair in it. And water was brownish after filling. The shower tap was dripping all night from where the handheld hose had been removed. The path going to the night door had rubbish at the door and as im on crutches I nearly slipped over on it. We weren't informed about what to do for breakfast the next morning. Or that we had to pay for our drinks, very small selection for breakfast. No cereal or toast.
