8.0O café da manhã era bom almoço tbm, instalações nem muito antigas nem muito novas mas bem conservadas e confortável. Bem perto da praia .
− A limpeza do quarto não estava muito boa tinha cabelos pelo chão, as fronhas com manchas, cobertor com cheiro forte de usado por outras pessoas (suor) . Piscina aquecida tinha uns pais sem noção que entraram na água com a bebezinha deles de frauda toda suja de fezes foi desagradável demais e não pude mas entrar na piscina q antes desse casal chegar, estava uma delícia.

− Nada muito sério mas para ligar a tv com dois controles e regular o volume não foi fácil entender

10.0Posso dizer que gostei de tudo, a instalação foi muito boa, excelente localização, os funcionários são muito atenciosos desde a recepção, cozinha e do setor da limpeza. Todos os ambientes do hotel são muito bonitos! Foi muito gostoso e prazeroso, me hospedar com a minha família no hotel Costa Balena.

− A piscina aquecida falta uma pequena entrada de ar para o ambiente da piscina aquecida, porque o abafamento e o cheiro do cloro são muito incômodos.
