A disappointing experience. I would not class it as exceptional, just mediocre. I would not stay there again.

− Bathroom cleanliness was poor. Toilet cleaner had been squirted round the bowl, but there was still faeces in the bowl and urine/other Staines Uber the seat and on the edge of the toilet bowl. Cold tap had dried gunk on it and the underside of the sink hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No blind at the window. As this was at ground level, on a communal walkway, it needed more than frosted glass. There were fixtures for the blind, but no blind was attached. No mirror in the bathroom. There were screws where a mirror had been, but it hadn’t been replaced. Bedroom windows were smeary.

A comfortable, convenient place to stay to visit the National Space Centre.
8.0Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Friendly staff. A choice of places to eat, a short walk away. Parking issue resolved quickly by the manager.
− We weren't asked to tap in our car registration on arrival, which resulted in a surprise parking fine on our return home.

5.0An area powercut denied me a shower on Sat morning. Clearly no blame attached to the host. I couldn't work the shower so no shower on Sunday morning. Not impressed. Hi ft

− Room had mirror missing , bulbs out in the bathroom, need to supply a fan , there like sweat boxes
