10.0C'est la seconde fois que nous nous rendons dans cet établissement impeccable de propreté. L'accueil y est très cordial. Nous sommes arrivés avec un bébé et 5 minutes après notre checkin, on nous a proposé et installé dans la chambre un lit de bébé. Petit déjeuner compris dans le prix et très frugal. Piscine gratuite. C'est l'endroit que nous choisirons à chaque visite à Spa.
− Nous aurions aimé une vue sur la colline et le lac plutôt que sur le parking. L'eau de la piscine un peu froide

2.0La vue, le spa et le petit déjeuner
− Si vous souhaitez un accueil et des prestations 4 étoiles alors passez votre chemin. Est ce que les 4 étoiles sont décernées uniquement pour le spa ? Habitués des établissements 4 étoiles, les chambres vieillissantes et les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur. Concernant l'accueil certes le personnel est aimable, mais ne correspond pas à un accueil d'un hôtel de standing. Concernant la chambre tv bas de gamme haut débit pas top. Pas de peignoir en chambre mais en supplément.

10.0We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. De wellness met zwembad en jacuzzi was een echte meerwaarde en het eten in het restaurant was uitstekend. Alles was verzorgd, het personeel was vriendelijk en we komen met plezier nog eens terug.
