L'albero è situato in una zona periferica di Mattinata, a pochi minuti dalle spiagge.
5.0Staff gentile e sempre disponibile.
− Camere vecchie e prive di mini frigo. Non vi era un bar attivo all'interno della struttura che si qualifica come 3 stelle.

6.0Buona posizione camera che si affaccia su terrazza sul mare
− Pulizia delle camere alle 14 se hai voglia di riposare al pomeriggio diventa molto difficile. Inizio colazione alle 8 a mio avviso e per le mie abitudini troppo tardi. Porta d'ingresso datata e rumorosa
